Terms of Service: Veko Provisioner

1. About the service
Veko Provisioner ("the Service") is an internal tool operated by Veko Producciones ("we", "us") that sets up and monitors Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center and Google Business Profile resources for car dealerships.
2. Who may use it
The Service is available only to people and organizations we have agreed to work with. You may only authorize access to Google accounts that you own or are permitted to manage.
3. Authorization
The Service acts only through the Google OAuth authorization you grant. You can revoke it at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access may stop parts of the Service from working.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to circumvent Google's policies, or to attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
5. Your data
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. We use data received from Google APIs only to provide the functionality described there.
6. Availability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or be interrupted. Campaign results depend on Google's platforms and on your own budgets, feeds and websites; we do not guarantee any specific performance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including advertising spend or lost revenue.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or stop offering the Service at any time. You may stop using it at any time by revoking access.
